Welcome to the Association des Familles Daigle Acadiennes

Our Association was created to foster and promote the Acadian heritage of all descendants of Olivier Daigre and Marie Gaudet.

Daigle descendants are found all over the world, with concentrations in Kent and Madawaska counties in New Brunswick, Margaree, Nova Scotia, Rollo-Bay, Prince Edward Island, Louisiana, the New England states, Quebec, and France. Wherever you are, we hope you can join us in celebrating our proud heritage, connecting with your Daigle cousins, and helping us preserve our history and celebrate our Acadian and Cajun language and culture.

This Association is for you and for future generations.

We invite all Daigle, Daigre, D’Aigle, Desgre, and Deagle families to join our Association. The annual fee is $10 or $15 for the family plan. Your membership gives you access to our genealogical database and historical research.

This is our new website, launched in spring 2024. Contributions to our website are welcome. Please contact our website coordinator if you have photos, historical research, or can contribute to our Daigle genealogy database.
